This Warranty Policy covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Below you will find details of our warranty coverage, procedures, and limitations.
Warranty Period
– Coverage Length: The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.
– Eligible Products: This warranty covers the hydrogen inhalation device purchased from www.healthandhydrogen.com or an authorized retailer.
What We Cover
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Coverage includes:
– Parts: Replacement of any defective parts.
– Labor: All labor charges covered for the repair of the device.
– Normal Use: Defects resulting from normal and expected uses of the product.
What We Do Not Cover
– Improper Use: Defects or damage resulting from misuse, improper use as per the user manual, accidents, or alterations.
– Unauthorized Repairs: Any repair, modification, or maintenance by anyone other than an authorized service center.
– Cosmetic Damage: Damage that does not affect the functionality of the device, such as scratches and dents.
– Wear and Tear: Defects or damage from normal wear and tear.
– Water Damage: Damage from using water with a Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) level above recommended specifications.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email info@healthandhydrogen.com with a detailed description of the issue. Include photographic evidence or a video clearly showing the defect, if possible.
- Service Assessment: We will assess the issue and determine whether it falls under warranty coverage.
- Instructions: If the issue is covered, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with sending the product back to us.
- Repair or Replace: We will either repair the defective product or replace it with a new or refurbished unit.
Shipping Costs and Component Handling
– Faulty Component Disposal: If a component is found to be defective, the customer will discard it based on our instructions instead of returning it.
– Training and Support: We provide all necessary training and support for the customer to replace the defective component.
– Shipping Costs for Complete Unit: If replacement of the component is not possible and the complete machine needs to be shipped back to Health and Hydrogen, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
– Return Shipping: If a return is approved, Health and Hydrogen will cover the shipping costs of sending the repaired or replaced unit back to the customer.
Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers.
